Lynne Perrett - Director 0117 9576293 A successful business women incredibly passionate about property. She had

purchased several properties over the years, solely renovated them and still

keeps them as an investment. Lynne had spent a large proportion of her estate

agency career working in Emerson's Green where she was awarded numerous

accolades, on many occasions winning top sales negotiator. Lynne then went on

to manage an independent estate agency in Kingswood, Bristol. With all of the

experience Lynne had gained over the years in estate agency and then in

lettings, in 2005 she decided it was time to work for herself. She successfully ran

Lets Move UK from home. This hard work and determination enabled Lynne and

daughter Laura to join forces in 2008 opening their 1st office in Downend.

Laura Shorland - Director 0117 9576291 As a youngster out of school Laura was keen for a career in property,

unfortunately as she was only 16 years old she had to wait until she was a little

older! In the meantime she decided to start a career as a travel consultant.

Laura loved the travel industry but couldn't forget her dream of becoming an

estate agent. Her big break into estate agency came when she was just 18 years

of age where she began working as a sales negotiator at a local independent

estate agency in the Redfield area of Bristol. Eager to progress further in her

chosen career, she decided she would prefer to work for a larger company who

could offer her extensive training and future prospects, so that's what she did!

Laura went from strength to strength in her career and by the tender age of just

22 she was managing a large corporate estate agent in the Emerson's Green,

Bristol. With all the experience she had gained over the years Laura, with her

mum Lynne decided to do what they have always wanted to do and that was to

join forces and set up their own Estate/Letting agency.

Jay Collingbourne - Sales Manager 0117 9576292 A highly competitive individual who has an extremely successful career. At a

young age of just 19 Jay was managing a travel agency in Bristol. Jay with a

huge interest in estate agency decided to take the plunge in the year 2000. Jay

has spent his entire estate agency career working for a large corporate

company. He had progressed his way up the ladder to managerial level and over

these years experienced many different areas around Bristol. Jay has gained

extensive and ongoing training his whole career and even in the recession Jay

continued to achieve high sales results.

Nicky Martin - Sales and Lettings Negotiator Passionate about property Nicky has an abundance of estate agency experience.

Nicky enjoys meeting people and excels in customer relationships.
