Lynne Perrett - Partner 0117 9576293 A very successful business women incredibly passionate about property has purchased several properties locally in which she has soley renovated and kept them as an investment. Lynne had spent a large proportion of her estate agency career working in Emerson’s Green where she was awarded numerous accolades and on many occasions winning top sales negotiator. Lynne then went on to manage an independant Estate Agents in Kingswood.Bristol. With all of the experience Lynne had gained over the years in Estate Agency and then in the Lettings industry, in 2005 she decided it was time to work for herself where she successfully ran Lets move UK from home. This hard work and determination enabled Lynne and daughter to join forces and open their very successful office in Downend in 2007.

Laura Shorland - Partner 0117 9576293 As a youngster out of school Laura was keen for a career in property, unfortunately as she was only 16 years old she had to wait until she was a little older! In the meantime she decided to start a career as a travel agent, Laura loved the Travel Industry but couldn’t forget her dream of becoming an Estate agent. Her big break into Estate Agency came when she was just 18 years old, she began as a sales negotiator at a local independant Estate Agent in the Redfield area of Bristol. Eager to progress further in her chosen career, she decided she would prefer to work for a larger company who could offer her extensive training and future prospects. So that’s what she did!. Laura went from strength to strength in her career and by the tender age of just 22 she was managing a large corporate estate agent in the Emerson’s Green, Bristol. With all the experience she had gained over the years Laura, with her mum Lynne decided to do what they have always wanted to do and that was to join forces and set up their own Estate/Letting agency.

Jay Collingbourne - Sales Manager 0117 9576292 A highly competitive individual who has an extremely successful career. At a young age of just 19 Jay was managing a travel agency in Bristol. Jay with a huge interest in estate agency decided to take the plunge in the year 2000. Jay has spent his entire estate agency career working for a large corporate company. He had progressed his way up the ladder to managerial level and over these years experienced many different areas around Bristol. Jay has gained extensive and ongoing training his whole career and even in the recession Jay continued to achieve high sales results.

Sarah Christian - Negotiator Sarah began her career in Estate agency 6 years ago. Working for a large and reputable Estate agents she has gained vast experience in Estate agency and lettings. Sarah is a highly motivated member of staff with excellent customer service skills and who is always dedicated in her work. She has consistant experience in a retail environment and has always been able to deliver deadlines and produce high quality of work. Sarah enjoys contributing to the positive morale within the team and is always happy to help.
